If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to surf but thought it wasn’t for you, try Every Body Can Surf, an online surf membership for beginner and intermediate surfers. The surf schools’ founders believe that every body can surf and aim to bring inclusivity to the activity.

The membership features twice-monthly live online surf lessons, monthly Q&A sessions and access to the private Facebook group. Lessons include mindset coaching, surfing etiquette, ocean knowledge, equipment training, water practice and feedback. Pricing is based on a sliding scale, so you can choose what works for your budget.

Fat Camp Retreat

It's not what you think, Sis. Fat Camp, another offering from Fat Girls Traveling, is not a weight-loss camp; it's an adult summer camp focusing on self-care, community, travel and fun! In 2024, the retreat will be in the Finger Lakes in New York State (or you can head to one of their international retreats in Canada or Scotland).

Your days will be filled with camp-themed activities, day trips, body-positive discussions and connecting with fellow campers. No sleeping bags or lousy camp food, though. Each guest stays in a luxe cabin with a private bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom, and you'll be treated to catered farm-to-table meals. Cap off your time with a glam photo shoot.
