Pamela M. McBride is the Director of Equal Employment Opportunity in the largest division of a federal agency and a 31-year military spouse who lives in Atlanta. She has published hundreds of articles on career management, leadership, diversity and inclusion, veteran employment, and military life. Pamela is expanding her writing focus to tell her stories and advocate for others through personal essays.
